It is your PCOS diary that will help keep track of your PCOS symptoms that you notice every month around your periods, including helping you track your daily diet and fitness. Phone sensors and wearable will keep track of your steps and sleep. You can monitor your motor function and cognition by performing ‘active tasks’ integrated into the app. You can also get data insights and information about PCOS in a weekly blog updated in the Insights section of this PCOS app.
