89Zr-atezolizumab PET Scan and Lobular Breast Cancer
All patients will undergo two Zirconium-89 (89Zr)-atezolizumab positron emission tomography (PET) scans, one at baseline and one after two doses carboplatin induction treatment. The 89Zr-atezolizumab PET scan will be performed 4 days after tracer injection.

Modulation of GABA-A Receptors in Parkinson Disease-Transdermal Flumazenil Arm
The arm of this study evaluates possible GABA-A receptor target engagement effects of the FDA-approved medication, transdermal flumazenil (added 4/2020, replaced clarithromycin), in the setting of Parkinson's disease. Half of the subjects will receive transdermal flumazenil for 7-10 days, and half will receive a placebo. [11C]Flumazenil GABA-A receptor PET imaging …

Markers to Evaluate the Efficacy of PH-based Regimen as a Neoadjuvant Therapy for Operable HER2 Positive Breast Cancer
This study is to explore the markers in early prediction of the efficacy of pre-operative pertuzumab plus trastuzumab (PH) combined with chemotherapy for early stage or locally advanced human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) positive primary breast cancer.

Exercise and Tumor Blood Flow in Breast Cancer Patients
This research aims at investigating tumor blood flow response to acute exercise in human cancer patients. It is hypothesized and expected that acute exercise increases tumor blood flow, which could plausibly increase the efficacy of cancer treatment.

AHEAD 3-45 Study: A Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Treatment With BAN2401 in Participants With Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease and Elevated Amyloid and Also in Participants With Early Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease and Intermediate Amyloid
The primary purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment with BAN2401 is superior to placebo on change from baseline of the Preclinical Alzheimer Cognitive Composite 5 (PACC5) at 216 weeks of treatment (A45 Trial) and to determine whether treatment with BAN2401 is superior to placebo in reducing brain …

Molecular Imaging of Prostate Cancer Using Radiofluorinated PSMA Ligand
Eligible patients have prostate cancer that was treated with surgery or radiation therapy for localized disease and there is evidence of biochemical recurrence and/or metastases on conventional imaging. The objective of this study is to assess the performance in detection of prostate cancer of a new positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracer …

Early Prostate Cancer Recurrence With PSMA PET Positive Unilateral Pelvic Lesion(s)
If cancer recurs after surgical removal of the prostate, targeted PSMA PET (positron emission tomography) can detect metastases even at very low PSA (prostate-specific Antigen) values. This increasingly allows individualized specific therapy of patients with prostate cancer recurrence.

PET Imaging of Cyclooxygenases in Dementia
Objective To learn if two new radiolabeled drugs, [11C]PS13 and [11C]MC1, can measure inflammation in the brain using positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. Eligibility Adults age 18 years and older in good general health who have an adult-onset neurodegenerative dementia, and healthy adult volunteers enrolled in protocols 01-M-0254 or 17-M-0181 …

FDG PET-MRI for the Diagnosis of Spinal Cord Lesions
This trial studies the best time point of using F18-FDG that gives the best image on PET-MRI in patients with spinal cord lesions of unknown cause. Diagnostic procedures, such as F18-FDG PET-MRI, may help find and diagnose spinal cord lesions.
