Effect of Single Dose Antenatal Betamethasone on Neonatal Respiratory Morbidity After Elective Cesarean
Patients undergoing elective C-section will be randomized into two groups. The first group will receive one dose of Betamethasone at least 24 hours before scheduled C-section.
