This prospective, multicenter, non-randomized, single-arm Clinical trial aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the use of paclitaxel-coated arteriovenous graft (AVG) on the inner wall of ePTFE graft, which is designed to reduce neointimal hyperplasia that causes stenosis and thrombosis after implantation of AVG.

ZEUS A research study to see how Ziltivekimab works compared to placebo in patients with cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease and inflammation (ZEUS)  

The purpose of this study is to see if the new study drug, Ziltivekimab, can be used to treat people with cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, and inflammation. The ZEUS study will see if Ziltivekimab can reduce the risk of having cardiovascular events (for example, heart attack and stroke).
