The purpose of this project is to realize a randomized open-label study (EudraCT number: 2020-000120-19) to evaluate the safety and the anti-tumor activity of peptide(s)-based immunotherapy in an umbrella window pre-operative opportunity phase II study in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.

Safety and Efficacy of Ketogenic Diet for Promoting Weight Loss in Obese Individuals With Compensated NASH Cirrhosis

This is an open-label, randomized study comparing a monitored ketogenic diet intervention using standard ketogenic diet (SKD) and standard of care (SOC) dietary recommendations for 16 weeks. Subjects enrolled in the standard of care group will receive a voucher to Weight Watchers after study completion.

Phase 2 Clinical Trial of Crizotinib for Children and Adults With Neurofibromatosis Type 2 and Progressive Vestibular Schwannomas

Subjects with Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2) and progressive vestibular schwannoma (VS) will be treated with crizotinib administered orally.
