Toripalimab Plus Concurrent Chemo-radiotherapy for Unresectable Locally Recurrent Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Through multicenter, open-label, randomised clinical trials, we intend to demonstrate that concurrent and adjuvant PD-1 treatment added to concurrent chemo-radiotherapy could further decrease the rate of disease progression and improve the survival outcome of patients with unresectable locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma compared with those treated with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy alone.

Pulse-low-dose Rate (PLDR) Radiation in Pancreatic Cancer

Standard chemoradiation, followed by surgery are standard treatment plan for patients suffering from pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Due to damage to the surrounding healthy tissue caused by standard radiation, this study uses a new type of radiation plan- pulsed low-dose rate (PLDR) radiation , in combination with chemotherapeutic drug, gemcitabine, given weekly …

Inductive Camrelizumab and Apatinib for Patients With Locally Advanced and Resectable Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Tumor growth requires new blood vessels to supply nutrients and oxygen, and VEGF can stimulate neovascularization. However, tumor neovascularization is often abnormal and distorted, which prevents immune active substances from reaching the tumor site.

Codman Catheter/Synchromed Pump Hepatic Artery Chemotherapy for Unresectable Colorectal Metastases/Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

This study aims to test the safety of hepatic artery infusion pump placement, a standard surgical procedure, and intraarterial chemotherapy initiation with the standard medication floxuridine (FUDR), using the Medtronic Synchromed II pump combined with the Codman arterial catheter in patients with unresectable (not removable by surgery) liver metastases from …

Calorie Restriction With or Without Metformin in Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Glucose starvation and metformin have synergistic antitumor effects that are mediated through the concomitant inhibition of glycolysis and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation. The BREAKFAST trial will evaluate the antitumor activity of combining cyclic fasting-mimicking diet (FMD), which reproduces the in vitro effects of glucose starvation, plus/minus metformin with standard preperative anthracycline-taxane …
