What Is This Study About?

This research study is testing a mobile app designed to support healthy behavior changes related to eating and stress. Who Is Eligible?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are between 14 and 21 years old
  • Are overweight or living with obesity
  • Can read and speak English
  • Have an iPhone or are willing to use one for the study
  • Are interested in making changes to your eating habits
