A UCLA-led study is exploring how a smartphone app can help teens and young adults improve eating habits and overall well-being.
This research study is testing a mobile app designed to support healthy behavior changes related to eating and stress. The app is based on a psychological approach that helps individuals manage difficult emotions and reduce unhealthy habits. Participants will use the app over a few months and provide feedback on their experience. Researchers will also look at how app use may impact weight, eating patterns, and overall well-being.
